Digital Footprint
Your digital footprint is like a finger print on the internet. It is the unique trail of information that you leave behind on the web such as what you clicked on, searched for, "liked", where you went, your location, your IP address, what you said, and what was said about you. It's important to remember that everything you say and do on the internet portrays an image of you. This is your reputation or personality; it's how people see you. In today's world most of us have an online personality. It has developed from your use of a variety of online sources such as: Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter just to name a few. In order to protect your image, you must learn how to properly manage your online personality or risk missing out on opportunities and potential embarrassment.
